Diagnosis
Scutellum with raised and strong reticulation, with median groove weakly indicated in anterior ½ in female, median groove sometimes absent in male; costal cell with a row of setae on ventral surface; petiole long, 2.2X as long as wide in female, 2.5X in male; propodeal callus with 4-6 setae; male flagellum with a two-segmented clava. Similar to stipitus but with costal cell with a row of setae and with longer flagellomeres.
